Our Major Productions are less a recital and more a dance spectacular. Staged at the Tamworth Regional Entertainment Centre and featuring an impressive moving light show, our end of year concerts are a unique opportunity that few dancers anywhere are fortunate enough to experience.

Our inventive themes allow a huge amount of scope for our choreographers, lighting, costume, props and set designers to really get creative.

We've all seen something odd out of the corner of our eye—a shadow that shouldn't be there, a movement where nothing moved. What if those fleeting glimpses were real? What if, when the lights go out and all is quiet, your toys begin their secret lives?

AWAKENED invites you on a magical journey through the toy box, where each inhabitant reveals their hidden character. From whimsical wind-up dancers to mysterious marionettes, from playful teddy bears to elegant porcelain dolls, our choreographers breathe life into the forgotten treasures of childhood imagination.

TCDA's breathtaking aerialists soar overhead while our adorable tinys, thunderous tappers, and elegant ballerinas join our entire student body in a seamless spectacular. Featuring Classical Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Contemporary, Lyrical, Hip Hop, and Acrobatics, each performance flows effortlessly into the next—no blackouts, no interruptions—keeping you spellbound from the first awakening to the final bow.
