GETTING STARTED WITH TCDA'S PARENT PORTAL
You've received your TCDA Parent Portal Invitation - Here's what to do next
The TCDA Parent Portal is your new home for class schedules, fees notices and payments, absence notifications, calendars, news and more. Follow the steps below to get set up.

IMPORTANT
Your individual portal invitation has been sent to the email that we have on file for your family. Please email kellie@tamworthcitydance.com.au from the email that you would like to use if you haven't received your invitation from us.
The good news is that we've already migrated across all of your details, class schedules and enrollments.
STEP BY STEP
1. Open your invitation email
Look for an email from Tamworth City Dance Academy in the inbox of the email address that you used on your TCDA registration form. Check your junk or spam folder if you don't see it.
This email will let you know your username (your email address) and password.
2. Click the link and log in
Click the link in your invitation email to open your Portal in your browser. Follow the prompts to enter your username, password and log in.

3. Download the Studio Pro app
Your TCDA Parent Portal looks and works great on your computers browser. For the best ongoing experience on your phone or tablet we recommend downloading the Studio Pro Parent app. Visit your app store and search Studio Pro or click the links below:

Log into your Studio Pro app using the same email and password as you did on your browser.
⚠️ If the app doesn't load or you experience display issues on Android, you can always access the full portal through your browser at https://app.gostudiopro.com/online/tcda
4. Activate your chat
This step is easy to miss but essential. Until you complete it you won't receive any messages or notifications from TCDA through the portal. Follow these steps on your app.
- Go to Chat in the menu
- Read the Messaging Terms and Conditions
- Tick the Checkbox to accept
- Chat will open and you're connected
5. Accept the Terms and Conditions
New families will be prompted to read and agrees to our T+C's before continuing. As an existing TCDA family, you would have already signed our waiver on your previous paper enrolment form. All existing TCDA customers are required to read and accept our waivers as well. Please follow these steps on your app.
- Click on more in the menu
- Click Waiver and Release
- Read and agree to our Waiver
- Scroll back to the top and repeat for TCDA's Code of Conduct
- If enrolled in aerial classes, please read and agree to this waiver as well
6. Check your Details
Go to Students to check that all of your students details are correct and up to date. You can edit or update any relevant information including special needs or medications.
Go to account settings to check and update the account holder details.
7. Check your Class Schedule
Go to Students to see what classes your child is currently enrolled in.
8. View your Account Balance
Your account balance is visible on the main screen and will show either an amount in credit or owing. Term fees are no longer being generated and issued on paper, but will now be posted on your parent portal. Payments can still be made via cash or EFTPOS at TCDA, via direct deposit online or from within the Parent Portal using Auto Pay.
9. Enable Auto Pay
This is our direct debit service provided in our new system and our preferred payment option. From the home screen, click Enrol in Autopay to add your bank or card details in the system for the direct debit. You can always update your payment method in your portal from the side menu. Once Auto Pay is enabled we will be able to set up customised payment plans and payment schedules for your fees.
